Do these parts work with appliances other than Danby?

We have done our best to list all models that are compatible with the models we have listed.  You can find these listings on each Parts description page.  When in doubt you can Contact US.

Can I buy a part at the Guelph Outlet Store?

No, we only do PICK-UPs at the outlet store.

To arrange a pickup, if you are a resident of Ontario you will have an option of Store Pickup upon checkout. A pickup time will be available to you upon checkout. You CANNOT purchase parts in the outlet store.

I ordered the wrong part or it was damaged in shipping, how do I return it?

We know, it happens sometimes.  Please complete our Return Authorization Form (RMA) and we will be in contact you to arrange the return.

Please note the following before submitting your request:

  • Parts with electronic components are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Returned items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee from the purchase price and applicable taxes.

If I install the part myself, will I void my appliance warranty?

Danby Appliance Parts provides quality parts guaranteed.  This guarantee is valid when parts are installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the installation is run under normal operating conditions as given by the manufacturer.

Danby makes no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied as to the installation of parts purchased regardless of the cause, including but not limited to defect in material, misuse or merchant ability and :

  1. Will not assume liability for any losses direct or indirect in connection with installation of its product.
  2. Danby warns to the purchaser that they willingly assumes the risk for installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction that may result in property damage or injury to any person or persons.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment and will also be updated under My Account.  Parts in stock will ship within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday.

Can I have my order shipped to my office/cottage/PO Box?

Orders will be shipped via multiple carriers and can be shipped anywhere these carriers have coverage.  Please check the carrier’s website for details of their coverage areas.
